It is formulated a brief introduction for the beginner programmer scientists in the parallel and multi-threaded programming. It is presented the example of program, which is realizing variational method of Monte Carlo for the salvation of Schrodinger equation in case of quantum harmonic oscillator, written for the multi-core and distributed computing systems.
