National Academic library RK gives online access to databases of the largest manufacturers of the Russian and foreign electronic information products: to materials of magazines, newspapers, news lines, a tele and airs; to electronic books; to materials of conferences;  SNiP and GOST;

Databases East View Publications   www.ebiblioteka.ru

Access to databases of the American corporation «East View Information Services, Inc» is opened. The company «East View» and its official partner to Russia of Open Company "IVIS" represent text-through databases of periodicals of Russia. The resource includes scientific magazines of a humanitarian and natural-science profile.

 

The database maintenance:

  • Editions on public and to the humanities
  • The Library science and information service
  • Medicine and public health services(full texts of medical magazines)
  • Editions concerning defense and safety(periodicals on defense and safety problems).

Chronological coverage: it is individual for each source.

«Integrum» it is the largest electronic collection of mass-media of Russia and the CIS countries. "Integrum" has the world's largest electronic archive of Russian-speaking documents which is formed on the basis of open sources of the information. In it text-through versions of the central and regional mass-media, analytical researches and reviews, address-help and legal databases, the information of ROSPATENT, GOSKOMSTAT etc. - more than 6642 sources, more than 400 million documents are presented. Daily in archives more than 50 000 new documents arrive. 

Archives of many newspapers and magazines originate since 90th ,for example, the Independent newspaper (1990), the Businessman, News (1991), Moscow News, Moscow Times, Arguments and the facts, the Red star, the Literary newspaper, the Moscow member of the Komsomol, Truth of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (1992).

Integrum is not only unique collection of databases, it also a set of professional search and analytical tools for monitoring of Russian-speaking mass-media and for research of political, economic life of Russia and the CIS countries.

The information-encyclopedic project of the company "Russ portal" in which frameworks the user receives for the first time simultaneously the convenient tool of search of the best resources of a network the Internet and access to full electronic versions of the major encyclopedias and the dictionaries published for last hundred years in Russia. Electronic library system "Knigafond" has been developed by company Digital Distribution Center (Open Company «Center of digital distribution») with a view of legal storage, distribution and protection of a digital content of the uchebno-methodical literature with a condition of obligatory observance of copyright and related rights. Extensive base ЭБС of "KnigaFond" is useful both to teachers and teachers, and pupils. Here it is possible to find not only educational, but also the various uchebno-methodical literature in great volume. The Elektronno-library system contains the maximum quantity of book editions. Lectures are included in their list, teaching materials, monographies, archival documents. Convenient ordering of the literature on categories and areas of scientific knowledge allows to find the necessary book quickly.

Possibilities of EBS KnigaFond:

  • convenient system of search in various criteria;
  • regular replenishment of the catalog at the expense of new receipts, including from publishing houses of high schools;
  • the user's system of access allows to work with materials in any place at any time;
  • bibliographic accuracy: reliability of published materials allows to use them in scientific work, avoiding errors and discrepancies at citing and the instructions of sources;
  • uniform base of uchebno-methodical complexes, practical works, examinations and the monographies which have been picked up according to requirements of state standards of Minobrnauki of the Russian Federation;

Electronic library of dissertations      www.diss.rsl.ru

The Russian state library (Moscow) gives access to the basic file of electronic versions of dissertations.

In base the dissertations protected with 1998 - 2003гг are presented. - on specialities: "Economic sciences", "Jurisprudence", "Pedagogical sciences", "Psychological sciences" and "Philosophical sciences" (all about 28000 full texts);

Since 2007 structure EBD RGB replenishes with all volume of dissertations, including works on medicine and pharmacy. Now the Electronic library of dissertations RGB contains more than 650000 full texts of dissertations and author's abstracts. The catalog of EBD RGB is in an easy approach for any user the Internet.

Search of dissertations is made in the electronic catalog of electronic versions of the dissertations, containing besides the bibliographic information, thematic headings and keywords a direct reference on a file with the full text of the dissertation.

Viewing of documents in VCHZ occurs to the help of system of protected viewing DefView allowing libraries to provide the requirement of fourth part GK the Russian Federation about granting of access to electronic materials without possibility of creation of their digital copies.

DB THE PLENIPOTENTIARY   www.polpred.com

The text-through database is formed of analytics and reviews of the press which are given by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economics and developments of the Russian Federation, the Russian-speaking news agencies conducting mass-media and profile editions. The database "PLENIPOTENTIARY" also includes foreign and domestic help resources on logistics, customs business, a commercial law, taxes, formation, mass-media, to tourism, a cultural heritage, migrations, etc. All information is grouped in branch and regional geographic collections. Besides the database contains the address-help information on 150 000 state officials and businessmen in Russia and abroad. The database for July, 1st, 2011 includes 352 thousand the most important messages in Russian the Russian and foreign mass-media. It is monthly loaded to 12 thousand the most interesting materials from 600 sources.

Database of "the Statistics of the CIS»- is a reliable, effective, fast and inexpensive solution of a problem of finishing to consumers of the basic statistical information on the states-participants of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The database contains more regularly updated 7000 tables and articles on the basic social and economic indexes of the countries on following sections: flowing (monthly and quarter) the data;

  • the annual data;
  • reports and analytical materials;
  • short results of national censuses;
  • statistics methodology;
  • events, the chronicle, the information;

Macroeconomic and financial indicators, the information on the population of its employment, incomes and expenses have found in it the population given about manufacture of principal views of industrial and agricultural production, the prices, the consumer market, foreign trade of the states of Commonwealth, courses of national currencies, social sphere reflection, etc.

The database "Standard" contains norms, rules, standards (SNiP, GOST, GOSO РК, ETKS, SWEAT, VNTP, VCN, the MSN, PPB, PUE, RD, RDS, PST, SN, SRTK, SanPin and so forth), instructions, recommendations, grants, managements, and also accompanying standard legal certificates of Kazakhstan, Russia and other countries.
