On October 1, 2009, the first in Astana personal photo exhibition “Saiyn dala, salt-dastur syr shertedi surette” of photo journalist, Laureate of “Altyn Zhurek” Prize, Samat Kusainov was opened in the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A hundred photos were presented on the exposition. Those are the best author's works. They are devoted to national traditions, culture, and the richest nature of Kazakhstan. Samat Kusainov shows us “shanyrak”, “yurta”, “altybakan”, folk contests “baiga”, “kyz kuu”, “kokpar”, landscapes – “sunset”, “sunrise”, “lake”, “tulips”, “forest” - by language of photo art.
Samat Kusainov is a Laureate of “Altyn Zhurek” Prize. He has got a letter of appreciation from the President of the country for his photo exhibition “Sarsudyn Syrly Surety”. In 2008, a photo album of his works was published, he participated in the photo exhibition “Almaty is My Heart” and became a laureate in two nominations.
The exhibition “Saiyn dala, salt-dastur syr shertedi surette” was organized by the Presidential Foundation of State Language Development and the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
